Event type events in webhook subscription schemas

The OpenAPI spec now lists the event type webhook events in the webhook subscription schemas. The API already accepts and returns these events. This change makes the spec agree with the API.

Updated schemas:

• POST /webhook_subscriptions – The events request enum now includes event_type.created, event_type.updated, and event_type.deleted.
• Webhook Subscription – The events response enum now includes event_type.created, event_type.updated, and event_type.deleted. This schema is used by the create, get, and list webhook subscription endpoints.

If you generate a client from the spec, generate it again to subscribe to these events.
