## Teams API

### New endpoints:

* **GET /teams** – List the Teams in your organization. Use the `user` query parameter to filter the results to one user.
* **GET /teams/\{team_uuid}** – Retrieve a single Team.

Both endpoints use the existing `organizations:read` scope.
